For photograph requests for specific lot(s), please Email Us your request for information with the lot number(s) and any additional information required.  

Every attempt will be made to obtain the information you are requesting as quickly as possible. Requests for additional information received less than 24 hours before the start of the auction may not be answered.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. I have not attended one of your auctions before. What do I need to do?

Answer:  Please read the Terms & Conditions in full. Bring your driver’s license or other current photo ID, while we do accept checks, if a first time auction attendee with Wiederseim Associates, Inc., please provide a letter of credit from your financial institution if you intend to write a personal or business check for your purchases and if you hold a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax certificate make a copy to bring with you. When you get to the auction you must then register to bid and receive a bidder’s number.

2.  Do I need to register in advance of the auction?

Answer:  You certainly may register in advance of an auction. Email or telephone us with your fax number and we will fax you a bid sheet to complete and the Terms & Conditions for you to read, sign and fax back to us. When you get to the auction, see any of the staff at the Registration Desk and indicate you have pre-registered and pick up your bidder’s number.

3. Can I bid without being there?

Answer:

Of course, we always encourage people to attend the auction in person or at least the preview so you can carefully inspect the lots you are interested in.
