Terms of Sale:

The property is being sold “As Is” without any warranties. Bidders must register & must be prepared to pay a minimum deposit of fifteen percent (15%). A 5% (five percent) Buyer’s Premium will be added to and considered part of the purchase price. The final settlement shall occur on or before December 31, 2007.  Being sold by order of the Board of Supervisors of West Pikeland Township.  Neither Wiederseim Associates, Inc. nor Seller will be held liable or responsible for errors or omissions.
