Step 1: Engage a Shipper

For your convenience, we’ve compiled a short list of our Recommended Shippers based on years of experience. OR, you may use a shipper of your own choice.

Step 2: Notify Us.

Once you have made shipping arrangements send an email to info@wiederseim.com with pickup details along with consent to release your items to your shipper.

In Person Pick-up / Packing

Wiederseim Associates does NOT offer packing services so remember to…

1. Bring your own packing materials, boxes etc., and
2. Bring a friend to help load

While we can’t promise a staff member will be available to help carry, load and/or lift your items, we’ll do our best to accommodate and assist with your pickup.

KEY POINTS:

• Payment, pickup, and/or shipping arrangements must be made and confirmed to us within ten (10) business days from the completion of a sale.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping and pickup arrangements.
• Failure to remove items within the allotted period may result in WAI assessing storage fees of $25/day per item until items are removed.
• Items not removed within thirty (30) days from the completion of a sale will be considered abandoned and ownership will be assumed by WAI.

Directions: From W. Bridge St. turn onto Jefferson Street and make your first right into the parking lot. GPS will take you to the entrance off West Bridge St., however you’ll need to turn onto Jefferson Street and make your first right into the parking lot. We are the 2nd building on your left.

Our Gallery is open weekdays 9am to 5pm for payment and pickup. After that appointments are recommended.

 If items are not removed within 10 business days of the conclusion of the auction, or we’ve not received shipping instructions within 30 days of the auction, your items will be considered ‘Abandonded’ and will be consigned to a future auction without additional notice to the purchaser and/or refund. The Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for abandoned items.
